The tools I use in my sessions are mainly a combination of felt sense, body & breath awareness and connection, therapeutic breathwork, somatic experiencing and embodiment practises, elemental therapeutic practices,  bio energy and quantum energy healing techniques.

These tools are blended to create a healthy foundation for one’s  mental, emotional, physical  and energetic blueprint.
