Today, over 40% of all sick leaves are stress or fatigue related, one of the reasons is the difficulty to create a healthy work-life balance.
In a recent study, 50% of employees stated that their mental health has deteriorated in the past year and 82% stated that their mental health has impacted on their work. Decision Making Abilities
Research examined the effects of 2 minutes of deep breathing before performing a 30-minute business challenging decision-making task with multiple choice answers. Stress levels were self-reported before and after the task. The control group did not perform the breathwork and the experimental group did.
While controls reported elevations in stress levels, those in the experimental group did not. Importantly, participants in the experimental group provided a significantly higher percentage of correct answers than controls (50% greater).

Discovery Call
We want to know what it means to be an employee with you? What are your employees’ needs? What are the dominant emotions or feelings they are dealing with or trying to overcome? What does their personal wellness routine look like? And what are they seeking to improve the most upon within the workplace (and even personally)?
Collaboration
After our discovery call, we gather feedback and create a custom program for ongoing work with your team. Through consistency with the practice in daily, weekly, monthly sessions and workshops we will build a foundation of tools and understanding to enhance focus, performance, relationship to self and others, and a boost in overall health within the workplace.
In person Corporate Workshop
To facilitate the in person workshop we will need a room big enough to allow for all participants to lay on the floor comfortably with space at the side to stand with an arm’s reach distance. If that is not possible – we will help you with a suiting location.
Each participant will require their own yoga mat or blanket.
Before the breathing begins we will guide you through the process and explain the physical, emotional and even spiritual elements of our program.
We will lecture on anatomy, physiology, neurology of breathing so the participants understand the proven medical science behind Breathwork practices.
Comfortable clothes that allow for free movement are recommended, Eye masks are optional but highly suggested as it is easier to tune out distractions.
The most important thing to bring is an open mind and the willingness to show up and breathe.
This can be a really powerful and profound experience, with or without prior experience, and the class is created with that in mind.
