What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a somatic practice that can be described as the use of breath as a therapeutic tool. Breathwork is simply: being aware of your breathing in its natural state, using various types of breathing techniques active form of changing the breathing rhythm, consciously directing or controlling your breathing pattern and using it as a self healing tool to improve your mental, physical, emotional and energetic well being.
How we breathe is directly linked with how we live and feel. Our thoughts and emotions influence our breathing and equally our breathing influences our thoughts and emotions. In Breathwork we use the art and science of breath awareness and breathing exercises to explore that link.
