Your Breath Within!
What makes you an architect of your best lived life? How can you position yourself in Life to tap into your greatest potential?
I came to break it down into 3 pillars:
It gives you direction, purpose, keeps you excited, gives meaning into Life.
It keeps you moving forward. Becomes the tiny steps that transports you through your pursuit of meaning.
It’s not about what you can’t control, but more what you can do. It’s about putting yourself in position to live the life you meant to live. And letting go of things which you can not control.
It’s about not worrying over external forces as you walk your Path. Because all you can do is walk your path. And that becomes the marker. Or the question: Am I walking my path?
The reason I bring this up is because all of it fits together like a puzzle.

Little steps – Sure, but towards what? What is your north star? What are you aiming for?
Why are you doing what you are doing? I understand that without that piece it will not get you very far.
Discipline, Taking that big picture, that vision and you break it down into little things you can do every day. Handful of things consistently everyday in the direction of something that is meaningful to you.
So the question is not can you be more disciplined? – Of course you can! The question is which few things are most meaningful to you? Which will you be focusing on everyday so that they expand and bring value into You and the World.
And then Lastly Trust, Sometimes the most difficult. Seeing the unseen. Maintaining confidence in that which is unknown yet!

This world is flexible and limitless. It invites you to do just that.
Explore until you uncover your vision to pursue it. To set your sail, walk your path , run your race and surrender to that which is beyond your control.

In this program;
- We will have 6 x 121 sessions. 2x 121 call.
- Each session will be 90min.
For eight sessions, we will meet online to explore, understand and heal aspects of our emotional body through Breathwork. Breathwork allows us to move beyond the intellect and into the intelligence and wisdom of the body. There we can be still, listen and reconnect with our intuitive knowing.
The aim of this program is to lead us to work with our Breath and step more fully into who we really are, exploring what we really want out of life, so we can feel confident and courageous to live and choose the life we want.
This program is open to anyone who is ready to heal on a deeper level and for a radical change in their lives.
